Elementis defeated 2009 Advanced Division Champion, Cobra Kai 2-1 in penalty kicks after playing to a 2-2 tie in regulation. This is Elementis' first title, after being at or near the top of the league the last six seasons. Cobra Kai defeated number 1 seed Team Kroslin to win the West Division Championship. Elementis defeated 2007 and 2008 champion, and number 1 seed, FC Fugi 3-2 in penalty kicks after playing to a 3-3 tie in the regulation of the East Division Championship game.
